1. Anda boleh gunakan Dumbbell atau alat seperti yang digunakan oleh kawan kita diatas. 2. Berikan/Tumpukan ketegangan pada otot abdomen - kembangkan dada bengkokkan sedikit lutut dan lurus tangan anda (pastikan berada disisi anda) 3. Bergerak dalam kawalan angkat beban anda keatas; sewaktu pergerakan tumpukan pada otot bicep anda. 4. Hentikan mengangkat apabila tangan dan lengan anda berada pada kedudukan 90 darjah. Kemudian turunkan beban kebawah perlahan lahan. ![]() 5. Turun sehingga tangan anda hampir lurus kemudian ulangi langkah diatas. Ulangi 15 - 20 kali untuk setiap sesi.
