1. Dalam kedudukan menyandar pada dinding, kangkangkan kaki anda jarak antara 1 - 2 kaki - lebih kurang sama jarak dengan lebar bahu anda. Tumpukan berat badan anda pada pinggang dan lutut anda. Sekarang anda mempunyai beberapa senaman untuk mengawal dan mengurangkan berat badan yang boleh anda lakukan pada bila bila masa sahaja. Anda cuma perlu luangkan masa antara 10 - 15 minit bagi menjalankan gabungan senaman yang telah kami tunjukkan. Ingat lakukan dengan cermat agar anda tidak tercedera dan lakukan berterusan.
