For an erection to occur, a series of events must take place. The first event in this chain is psychosexual stimulation. This is promoted by the male sex drive, also known as libido. The mind then sends impulses down the nerve pathways to the penis. These nerve impulses relax the smooth muscles of the arteries which supply the penis with blood. This muscle relaxation leads to engorgement and erection of the penis. After orgasm, the blood is returned to the general circulation and the penis returns to a soft (flaccid) state. Even a minor disturbance in any of these steps such as decreased blood supply, disturbances of nerve mechanisms or psychosexual problems may lead to erection problems. - What is erectile dysfunction?
Impotence is the failure to get an erection, or keep an erection long enough for satisfactory lovemaking. It isn.t a disease, but a symptom of some other problem, either physical, psychological or a mixture of both. Contrary to popular belief, the majority of cases have physical causes, with only one in ten cases of impotence being caused by psychological problems. It is normal to experience the occasional bout of impotence. Unless it persists, there is no reason to be concerned.

"ustaz, saya nasihat agar jangan la dengki dengan kami.. kan elok jika senyap je, ini tidak menyusah dan memeningkan kami dengan penilaian ustaz tu" seorang menghantar sms.
Inilah antara luahan dan ketidakpuasaan hati beberapa individu dengan kandungan web saya. Apa pula perasaan anda, benci, suka, terharu, berterima kasih atau ?.
Asal Hukum Mu'amalat Adalah Harus Memang benar, asal hukum bagi hal ehwal mu'amalah perniagaan dan jual beli adalah harus sehingga dibuktikan ianya haram. Kerana itu, kajian saya sememangnya HANYA mencari samada terdapat unsur haram atau tidak. Unsur harus tidak perlu dicari lagi kerana hukum asalnya memang harus selagi belum dibuktikan haram.
Justeru, tidak wajar saya bertanya kepada anda,
"Apakah dalil yang urusniaga anda ni halal?"
Kerana itu, saya tidak patut marah jika ada yang sambil mendengus meluru kepada saya lalu bertanya,
"Mengapa ustaz kata ini haram?"

Masturbating face-down puts excessive pressure on the penis, and especially on the base of the penis. These sensations are not easily replicated in conventional masturbation or in sexual intercourse. This can make TMS practitioners unable to have normal sexual relations. A survey conducted for this website revealed that males who masturbate conventionally have sex 6.6 times more often than TMS practitioners. The most common problems TMS sufferers have are inorgasmia (also called anorgasmia; it's the inability to have an orgasm during intercourse); or delayed orgasm. Many TMS sufferers also have trouble getting erections. It's a common experience among males who are used to masturbating face-down to engage in sexual intercourse for over half an hour, fail to have an orgasm, and then try to reach orgasm in an atypical (and usually unenjoyable) way, such as thrusting the penis against his partner's legs, palm, or bed. Needless to say, the female partners of these men find their behavior unusual and disturbing.
